Booking & Event Info
Tickets are available online, by phone and in person.
Due to Covid, we are operating a contactless e-ticketing system provided by our official ticketing partner – Citizen Ticket. Tickets can be purchased via our website 24 hours a day, 7 days a week. Choose your events from our online programme and click the BUY TICKETS button.
When you purchase your tickets, you will be asked to provide your full name, and email address.
Once you have purchased your tickets, you will receive your e-ticket and receipt via email. On arrival at the event please present your e-ticket via your mobile device at the door.
Alternatively, print the e-ticket at home and bring it with you, or simply provide your name on the door, as your tickets will automatically be added to the attendee guest list. Proof of identity may be required.
All your tickets are automatically emailed to you after purchase, but can also access them via your Citizen Ticket account. If you have any problems purchasing or accessing your tickets please contact firstname.lastname@example.org

Covid-safe and environmentally responsible ticketing
We take the health and wellbeing of our audience, guests, volunteers and staff very seriously, and have taken steps to keep everyone safe. This includes operating a contactless e-ticketing system for this year’s festival, which brings the additional benefit of helping to reduce the festival’s environmental impact. By working with ticketing partners Citizen Ticket, we go one step further; for every ticket purchased, 5p will go towards planting a tree right here in the UK.
