Join CBeebies screenwriter and children’s author Emily Dodd for a science show, rocket making workshop and a reading from her space themed book Surfing the Moon. Jack knows he’s different from other kids – he doesn’t think the way they do. Jack’s love of the moon leads him on a courageous journey into the sea. This is a story about neurodiversity, finding new friends, facing your fears and following your dreams. There will be a short, fun craft activity time making some mini-rockets plus a competition to fire them through a hoop.
