Join NHS GP and BBC presenter Dr Punam Krishan to learn all about the INCREDIBLE lifesaving jobs you could do when you grow up, from training to become a heart surgeon or a paramedic to working as a psychologist or even travelling to the most extreme areas of the world as an expedition doctor! With lots of interactive quizzes and activities, Dr Punam will take you on a journey through a day in the life of a doctor and even give you a chance to test your own medical knowledge!
There is NO ENTRY CHARGE for adults accompanying children to Family Book Festival events. However, please note that all events are ticketed, so remember to put your FREE adult ticket in the basket at the time of booking.
